Paragrant Enterprises, Corp (“Paragrant”, “we”, “us”) develops and publishes mobile apps, websites, and digital media. This policy explains how we handle personal information on www.paragrant.com and in the apps and other products that link to this policy.

Information we collect

On this website

You can read this website without creating an account or giving us any information. We don't set cookies and we don't run analytics or advertising scripts.

Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers automatically record basic request logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. These logs are used to run and secure the site.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write or attach.

In our apps

Each app collects only the information it needs to provide its features. The specific types of data an app collects are disclosed on its store listing (on the App Store, in the App Privacy section) and, where relevant, inside the app itself. If an app's practices differ from or add to this policy, the app comes with its own privacy notice, and that notice applies to the app.

When an app needs access to a device feature such as the camera, photo library, location, or notifications, it asks for your permission first. You can change these permissions at any time in your device's settings.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our products.
• To answer your questions and support requests.
• To diagnose problems and keep our products secure.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share personal information only in these situations:

Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, then delete it. Correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. If one of our apps lets you create an account, you can delete that account, and the data associated with it, from inside the app.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is inaccurate;
• delete your information;
• stop using your information where we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, such as the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We won't treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email info@paragrant.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

Children

Unless an app's own privacy notice says otherwise, our website and products are not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age where you live, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

International processing

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where we do, we take steps to ensure it remains protected as described in this policy.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will give more prominent notice, for example in the affected app.
